Conversion Spec

We at WV Conversions are “End User” focused. By that we mean that our bespoke vehicle builds are designed to suit your specific needs.

This particular vehicle design can be applied to any brand of new or used L4/L3/L2 van provided that it has a H2 roof, a H1 roof can be used in such vehicles as the Fiat Ducato, Peugeot Boxer, Opel Movano as those vehicles have a little bit more head room in their H1 vehicles

Our standard conversion consists of but is not limited to the following

• Full body trim (dark grey interior with aluminium edge trim)
• Fully insulated
• Entry grab rails with high visibility paint for safety
• Factory style bonded glass with privacy tint.
• Rear saloon speakers
• Large amount of floor space, offering great flexibility in positioning of the crash tested seats and for wheelchair passengers (see below for more information on seating)
• Fully Crash tested non slip safety floor with 8 rails for clamping wheelchair and seats.
• White LED lighting in the cabin for safe loading
• Blue internal travelling lights (for those who do not like to be in the dark)
• LED external side marker lights (if required for PSV use)
• Roof skylight Emergency Exit/Access (if required for PSV use)
• All lighting on driver courtesy switches
• All certification and paperwork provided
• All internal signage required
• Fire extinguisher
• First aid kit
• We can supply a range of wheelchair restraints

Seating options can be discussed as each vehicle is a bespoke build tailored to suit the end users’ needs, this design service comes at no cost to you or your organisation. The seats available for inclusion in any build are as follows.

• New fixed Position Seat (these can be forward or rearward facing)
• New Tipping Cushion Seat (these can be forward or rearward facing)
• New Over the wheel arch Tip & Fold Seat (these can be folded to give more room for w/chairs and access)
• New Quick Release Seat (these seats can be moved around the vehicle to allow you daily changes)
• All of our rear cabin seats can be in a range of coverings however we highly recommend our Black vinyl with HiViz yellow piping

(This makes the outline of the seat clear for those with impaired vision)

• 3 x Standard front cab seats (2 front cab seats if rear cabin access if required from the cab)

We can offer a number of options is terms of access systems

• New or approved used reconditioned internal lifts

• Manually operated cassette type side door step (alarmed)
• Automatic electric cassette type side door step (alarmed)
